Exercise Tips for Adults, Parents & Kids

Writer's picture: Sue MickelburoughSue Mickelburough

One of the hardest things during self-isolation is to stay creative with your own personal exercise as an Adult, but for those of you that still have small children at home and are home schooling on top of that its even more of a challenge. I have attached some great posters below courtesy of https://exerciseright.com.au/exercise-home/. They have some great downloadable posters and tips especially during this period. #exercise #selfisolation #kidsfunexercise. Also one of the best Youtube clips I saw through my own self-isolation on social media for creativity with kids that made me wish I still had small children in the house, take a look at this amazing obstacle course and all you need is some chalk and your imagination.
